HOW TO USE IT

Use once nightly.Apply to clean, makeup-free upper lids. Using the felt tip applicator provided, apply a thin line to the base of the upper lash line with eyes closed, taking care to avoid getting product into eyes. Fan dry for a few seconds before repeating on the other eyelid.
